Bells & Tingsha
Bells are used in cleansing spells, banishing spells, and to help meditate. It is said that negative spirits cannot tolerate the sound of s clear sounding bell, and leave when a bell is rung. It can also be used to symbolize the beginning and end of your spell casting. Gongs are usually used at important intervals while casting or can be used as a focus tone during meditation.
